MAEGASHIRA Completes Work On Debut

New Jersey doom 'n' roll bastards MAEGASHIRA have completed work on their full-length debut, "The Stark Arctic". Comprised of six songs, the hour-long album was recorded by HALFWAY TO GONE vocalist/bassist Lou Gorra at Redline Archiving in Little Silver, New Jersey and will see distribution through Connecticut's Spare Change Records (NEGATIVE REACTION, WHEN THE DEADBOLT BREAKS, A DAY OF PIGS). A January 20 release date has been set for the album, now available for pre-order. In addition, the band has posted anti-hipster anthem "Hi From Jersey" to its MySpace page.
